Drinking water is for humans. Adults lose about 10 glasses of water a day. Some is replenished in the diet, and some is replenished in beverages, but most re-integrated in the form of drinking water.

Some people claim that drinking water at room temperature only a good water quality. Others argue that it should be hot - or ice - cold water. Who is right?

In "Cool Water", songwriter Bob Nolan sings:

All day I face the barrenRefusal

Cold water

The body needs water, and the main issue for most people is not whether the water should be hot or cold, but if you drink enough.
